Step 1: Review your current arrangement
Check your current service agreement, notice period and communication preferences.
Step 2: Contact the new Plan Manager
Ask about onboarding, required information and how provider invoices will be handled during the transition.
Step 3: Notify your current Plan Manager
Let your current Plan Manager know you wish to switch, or authorise AUZ Care to assist with the transition process.
Step 4: Confirm records and invoices
Make sure outstanding invoices, payment records and budget information are handled clearly.
